Sub-processor List
Version 2026-06-16 · Deutsche Fassung
The following sub-processors are engaged by Gus IT LLC to provide the AI-Workforce service. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor; customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. This list is referenced by our Art. 28 Data Processing Agreement.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic PBC | Claude model inference — BYO key: runs on the customer's own Anthropic account under Anthropic's commercial terms (commercial API data not used to train Anthropic's models). See DPA §2. | US / EU |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing & subscription billing | US / EU |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery (magic links, receipts, notices) | US / EU |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | CDN, WAF, DNS, edge delivery & bot mitigation | Global (EU edge) |
| Twilio Inc. | Voice & SMS for the support/sales lines | US / EU |
| Microsoft Azure / Azure Local | Compute & data hosting — the customer-chosen cloud; per-tenant EU residency pinning available at the hosted tier | EU |
The "chosen cloud" row reflects the customer-selected hosting cloud (Azure / Azure Local by default). A change to a tenant's hosting cloud is treated as a sub-processor change (30-day notice). Anthropic appears as a sub-processor only where Gus IT routes inference on the customer's behalf — under BYO key the primary Claude relationship is directly between the customer and Anthropic.
