2. Data We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the data you provide:

This data is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).

3. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own — no analytics, no tracking, no advertising cookies. Cloudflare, our edge provider, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. See the Cloudflare reference in section 5.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Fonts. This site currently loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). This transmits your IP address to Google. Notice: This dependency is pending replacement with self-hosted fonts to remove the third-party data transfer entirely. Until then, the Google Fonts request is the only outbound third-party call on this site.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection data (e.g. IP address, request metadata) as a processor to deliver and secure the site. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, or for any data-related request, contact gus@gusit.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. EU Representative (Art. 27 GDPR)

Gus IT LLC is a US-registered entity serving EU clients and has appointed an EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR:

8. Sub-processors & Data Processing Agreement

For our AI-Workforce service we engage the sub-processors listed in our sub-processor list (Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Twilio, and the customer-chosen hosting cloud). Business customers process personal data under our Art. 28 Data Processing Agreement, accepted at checkout. Claude inference runs on the customer's own Anthropic account under Anthropic's commercial terms (commercial API data is not used to train Anthropic's models); our DPA covers only the data Gus IT itself processes. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
